STUDIO 910
Studio 910 is our south facing daylight space with expansive views across Chelsea and The High Line from the 9th floor. It is 640 square feet with two bright white shooting walls, each 15' x 12’. Afternoon sunlight streams across our gloss white floor and east wall creating drama and intensity. It is perfect for your next fashion, beauty, still life or portrait shoot as well as a pop up showroom, meeting space or small event. Included amenities are wifi and stereo system. Freight elevator is available from 7am to 5:30pm.
PENTHOUSE 12
Penthouse 12 is our north facing daylight space with spectacular views of The West Side, The Hudson River, The High Line and uptown from the 12th floor. It is 1200 square feet with 12’ high ceilings. This one of a kind space offers architecturally designed floor to ceiling glass walls. With a separate kitchen, this space feels more like a loft than a studio. Your chef can cook and prepare meals on site. It’s perfect for fashion catalogs, advertising, lingerie, lifestyle, still life and food shoots. We host special events both day and night. Roof access may also be available, please inquire about availability.
Our Rates
PAYMENT POLICY:
We apologize but we do not do holds. To confirm a studio please ACH, Venmo or Paypal a non-refundable $150 deposit to : bookings@westchelseastudios.com (PayPal fees paid by you). We do not accept checks or credit cards. Balance is due prior to or upon arrival. Additional items rented to be added to balance and payable prior to exit. Cancellations happen, however deposits will not be refunded. We can try to reschedule, but it must be done at least 48 hours in advance dependent upon availability.
